Q. Where do I start?
A. Please begin by completing relevant questionnaire & accumulating all data for our evaluation
Q. How do I contact QOLS?

Q. How much will it cost me for an on line evaluation?
A. Your evaluation is absolutely FREE of cost
Q. I already know I need surgery but cannot afford it here at home what will it cost me at QOLS?
A. Surgeries vary in cost US$ 10,000 – US$ 35,000 depending on the required procedure as listed, the more intensive the surgery & recuperation the higher the cost.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. Absolutely NO hidden fees the total amount agreed upon is final
Q. Is it safe to travel on my own?
A. YES it IS safe but we at QOLS recommend that you include a travelling companion who is fully aware of your medical condition to assist you with travel arrangements & recovery.
Q. I do not have Insurance. How do I pay for my surgery?
A. We do not work with USA insurance companies. Payment is by Direct Bank Draft or Wire transfer to our US or local Belize Bank Account ONLY!
Q. Can I book my accommodations online?
A. Certainly! It is better to book in advance with recommended Villa Boscardi www.villaboscardi.com
Q. Do I need to pay for surgery etc in advance?
A. It is preferable as we are a foreign Country/destination however we do accept balance in cash payment/ Credit Card. We do NOT however accept American Express.
Q. When I arrive in Belize how will I get to my hotel?
A. If you have confirmed reservations with Villa Boscardi our representative will greet you & transfer you to your accommodations.
Q. How long will it be before I can return home?
A. Between 1- 5 days depending on the type of surgery
Q. Will I be given Medications for my travel back home?
A. Yes you will also be given prescription for further medication
